I’m a writer and art director. And a sharp dresser, as you can see. This is a photograph of me taken by world-renowned photographer, My Hand. I’m in the open-air kitchen on my roof in Bangkok, where I live and where I met Lisa while she was editing. It doesn’t look very chic up here, does it? I really must start slicking the place up a bit. But there’s such a balmy breeze nuzzling the palms and the hammock’s right over there and - wait a minute - is that a cold beer? Oh dear. You really must excuse me. It appears that I’m being forced to relax a little while longer and take a little more time off from loafing.

Son’s doctor and kathryn is head of music in a large school.
Wife Nick is also retired and keeps me under control.
