Donal O Gara

I grew up in the north west of Ireland. After fifteen years of roaming, living through different incarnations; personally, geographically, spiritually, professionally (is there ever really a difference?) I find myself returned to my place of birth. Maybe its just time to grow some more.

I like to make things, to build things, to bake things. I think that to get to know something it helps to hold it in your hands. Hold something or someone gently enough for long enough and they might just reveal their shared oneness with you. Worth a try at least.

The power of people continues to amaze me. We are all on an incredible journey, have been for some time. So in the wise words of Bob Dylan’s grandmother.. be kind, because everyone you’ll ever meet is fighting a hard battle.
